The work required at St Mary Aldermary Church consisted mainly of the rewire of the lighting to the main church area. This included the installation of a dimming system to allow the church to provide scene setting lighting levels to different parts of the building when required.

The existing chandelier lighting to this area was removed and refurbished and the scheme also included for the fabrication of two (2) new chandeliers to match the existing design. The new lighting scheme included for spotlights to be installed on each chandelier to illuminate the vaulted ceiling of the main church area. The containment for this lighting scheme was mostly provided by the existing conduit system with some new steel trunking being installed discreetly in areas to conceal the new design where possible.
